Dwight Moody Fiddlin' and Book Signing

Dwight Moody The Transylvania County Heritage Center and the Tinsley Museum are pleased to announce Fiddlin' Dwight Moody will be at the Museum Saturday August 4th, 2007 from noon till 3:00pm. At that time Dwight will be signing and discussing his new book, "The Life of Dwight Moody Jr. - A North Carolina Fiddler". Dwight has also contacted a few of his musician friends from the area to play a few tunes during this time.

Dwight Moody is a classic example of a man who has "Been There & Done That!" An Internationally known musician, minister, recording artist, producer, speaker, successful businessman, husband and father, a Rotarian and Shriner. He was taught to play guitar and mandolin at an early age by his uncle and aunt. Dwight's first professional gig came when he was just a youngster, performing with his kinfolks at a rally for the Governor of Virginia.
